As many celebrate Economic Development Week, all of us at Integer are grateful to be part of this community. Investing alongside our university partners in STEM-related education, research and workforce development is at the core of what we do.
Since our founding in January 2021, we’ve been fortunate to hire 40 incredible engineers, scientists, business leaders, apprentices and interns to help us transition research into technology that will keep our country safe.
By establishing offices adjacent to the campuses of our university partners, we aim to be contributing members of the community by creating new, well-paying technology and engineering jobs in the cities where we live, work, and play, and continuing to team with our partners on new opportunities for growth.
With our headquarters in Columbia, SC, and a newly established office in Baton Rouge, LA, the story continues. We currently have 10 open positions!
We couldn’t do any of this without our friends and colleagues – university deans, faculty advisors, research professors, economic development professionals, and federal and local government supporters – thank you for your partnership to increase the STEM workforce development pipeline.
